I normally don't ..

Now that the wedding season is over I've found myself, craving to shoot just about anything.

I normally don't shoot bands or concerts (or travel out to brooklyn) .

This past weekend I was asked to shoot an interview with one of the members from Less Than Jake. I felt completely out of my element and comfort zone and it was GREAT.

The journalist Ashley Parada I was paired with for the shoot was AMAZING and I'm so glad I had the chance to meet and work with her.

After the interview it just so happened that a very good friends band was playing a few subway stop away, So i headed over and decided to take advantage of the loft above the area where they were preforming and get some shots of them... So with all of that being said, Here are a few photos from this past weekend.

Fontainebleau Inn

I have to say I really love to talk about great vendors or venues when I come across them.

Back in September I shot at Fontainebleau Inn, A venue that was not only beautiful, but the staff and owners were just so kind & the food was simply amazing. If any of my finger lakes brides are still looking for a venue I 110% recommend them.

Renee + Mike had a beautiful August New Paltz NY wedding.

From the moment I booked them I was beyond excited to be apart of their day. They are both kind, genuine, creative people. I think its obvious how much hard work and time they put into creating their wedding. I had such an amazing time at their wedding & I couldn't be more pleased with the photos. So here they are!

Kristy + Randy

I really love engagement sessions because it's a great opportunity to get to know my brides and grooms before the wedding day. Kristy and Randy chose these beautiful falls for their e-session in a town outside of Albany, NY. We ended up spending much more time around these amazing old buildings we found up the street! I'm so happy with how the images came out and I really can't wait for their fall 11' wedding!
